This apple crumble dessert is one of my favorite fall dishes. It's super easy and quick to make and perfect for when you have company over or just a cosy night at home. The best part about this dish, all of the ingredients are kitchen staples, so I'm pretty sure you already have them at home. This dessert brings all the fall flavors together and will get you in the fall mood.

Ingredients

5 apples // 1 tbsp cornstarch // 1 tsp cinnamon // 75g oats // 50g sugar // 50g flour // 75g unsalted butter

Directions

Preheat your oven to 175°C (347 °F). Wash your apples and hollow out 4 of the 5 apples. Cut off the top part of your apples and use a big spoon to remove the inside of the apple. Peel the other apple and cut it into small pieces. Mix them with some cinnamon and cornstarch and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your crumbles. Add your sugar, flour, oats, and butter and mix them together with your hands until you have nice crumbles. After 15 minutes remove your apples from the oven and add them to your hollowed out apples and add your crumbles on top. Let them bake for 20 more minutes. Serve while their still hot and add your vanilla ice cream.
