It's the start of a new year, and for me, January sets the tone for the upcoming year. So if you feel like me, this de-stress smoothie recipe is for you. It's filled with goodness and a tone of vitamins that will help you get back in the right mind space and enables you to reduce your stress level. So here are the ingredients and the benefits they provided:

Avocado -  healthy fats; vitamin B essential for healthy nerve and brain cells

Blueberries - full of vitamin C & antioxidants help to repair cells; dopamine critical to brain function, coordination helps regulate your mood.

Orange - Vitamin C lower stress hormone cortisol 

Yoghurt - probiotics help to maintain healthy bacteria in your gut 

Spinach - magnesium regulates cortisol levels and promotes the feeling of well-beeing  

Almond Milk - b2 and vitamin b are crucial for a healthy immune system
