It’s #christmastimewithLaura and today I wanna show you some quick and easy ways to make your own budget friendly Christmas decoration. The things I’m gonna show you are so easy to make and will look really festive…I promise 😊
Composition no. 1
This first option is so so simple! I bought two different wooden trays, a classic one and one in star shape to make it even more festive. All you have to do now is place a candle on your tray and surround it with Christmas ornaments. I choose blue/pink as color scheme for the star shaped tray and white/ pink for the other one. It takes 2 minutes to make and looks so beautiful and festive.
Take a clean Mason Jar and start putting the fairy lights and the Christmas ornaments in the jar. Do it in turns so not all of the lights are on the bottom and all ornaments on the top. Mix it up nicely.
When everything is arranged in the jar, make sure that the wire is in the back so you don’t see it. To top it of you can put a ribbon around the jar and create a little bow…I’m really bad at this hope your bow looks better 🙈
I was on a walk and found these branches on the ground and thought that I could turn them into a nice Christmas piece and I came up with this. Put the branches into a vase ( look out for a vase that gives the branches some stability). Then drape the fairy lights around the branches and hang ornaments or anything you like on them. You can do 3 0r 4 of them and put them on your window sill, it will look like a little winterly forest.
We all love candy canes, don’t we? So I put some of them in a Jar and put a ribbon around it. It looks nice and is very tasty.
Candles and fairy lights are a must have during christmastime and I have a lot of them in my apartment. They make such a cozy light and are just so decorative and are quite at a cheap rate.
This options I showed you are very inexpensive and make a huge effect…I hope you can find some pieces you like 😊
Hope you are all having a wonderful day
See you on Wednesday xoxo
