today I wanna show you some easy DIY gift ideas. I choose things that are really budget friendly. I love getting self made and personal gifts it just shows you that someone really cares about you.
Soooooo lets get started💕
Sugar, honey, oil ( I choose olive oil)
My lips get really dry in the wintertime and I think a lot of people have the same problem, so I thought that would be a great gift idea. Obviously you can go out and buy one but they are quite expensive. I will show you how to make your own budget friendly lip scrub.
Take one of your little containers, I got mine at the drugstore and put the sugar in it. After that take a little bit of the honey and the oil and pour both in the container. Now stir everything together and you have your self made lib scrub.
Lemon Salt Body Scrub
I had to do a few of this so I took a bowl to mix everything together. Put the salt in the bowl and mix it with a little bit of honey and a bit more oil and stir everything together. After that put a little bit of freshly pressed lemon juice and put it in the bowl. Don’t take to much of the lemon ’cause it could irritate really sensitive skin. Mix everything together until you get the perfect scrub texture.
Now you only have to fill it in your mason jar and you are ready to go.
Hot chocolate in a jar
You will need a little jar, cocoa, little marshmallows and cinnamon. I put the cocoa in the jar, after that I take the little marshmallows an put them on top of the cocoa. Normally I use the little ones but my grocery store only had the big ones today, but that works out fine, too. Now you can put a little bit of cinnamon over the marshmallows or even some little chunks of chocolate. And there you go you have your hot chocolate in a jar.
Self designed cup
I bought some white cups to design myself. I also bought a waterproof paint stick to draw on the cup.
You can draw or write whatever you like, that makes it a really personal gift. Read the instructions on your paint stick really carefully, sometimes you need to put the cup in the oven or let it dry for a certain amount of time to make the paint really waterproof.
