Easy Vegan Sushi. I love it beyond words, but getting vegan sushi at a restaurant can get quite expensive. So why spend a ton of money when you can do it yourself for a lot less? Another benefit of making it at home, you can add whatever you want. For my sushi rolls, I used carrots, avocado, and red bell pepper. But that's just what I fancied that day, get creative.
Rolling up vegan sushi rolls for the first time may seem a bit daunting, but don't worry it's easier than you think and it's done in no time.
This recipe is for vegan sushi, but if you aren't on a plant-based diet feel free to include fish. Make sure you get high-quality fish, cause working with raw fish can always be a bit risky.
