I'm so not a morning person and normally I skip breakfast altogether, but ever since I started to workout more I was craving a little something in the morning. Breakfast Bowls are great if you don't have any time to spare in the morning, but still, want a healthy and tasty breakfast. You'll only need a few basics
Soy Yogurt // Choose your favorite kind of yogurt. I'm drawn to anything fruity. Raspberry, strawberry and peach yogurts are my favorite, especially in spring and summer.
Granola // give your breakfast bowl some crunch. Add granola, plain oats, nuts and/or muesli to your breakfast bowl.
Fruit // My favorite part, add your fruit. I love, Love, LOVE berries so naturally, I add berries to my Breakfast bowls. Get creative you can use whatever you like. Peaches, berries, and mangos are great for summer.
Ok, who loves fluffy pancakes for breakfast? Raising my hand as high as a can right now. These pancakes are 100% vegan and require only a few ingredients

I love avocados in every shape or form so I had to include them in my vegan breakfast ideas. I like to keep my avocado toast pretty simple but you can create your own variation. for example, avocado and tomatoes are a great combination.
I sometimes variate between toast and protein bread to switch it up a little bit.
Last but not least, oatmeal. Probably one of the most popular breakfasts. It's really versatile. You can make it fresh in the morning or overnight. You can make it with water or milk ( vegan options: almond milk, oat milk, soy milk...) and you can add as much or less fruit as you would like. It's really filling and a great breakfast that will provide you with a lot of energy for the day.
