Lately, I'm obsessed with trying new recipes. After lunch, breakfast and snack ideas I thought it's time for some vegan dinner ideas. These two vegan dinner ideas are super easy and quick to make. Add your black beans, sundried tomatoes, and oil to a food processor and mix until combined. transfer it to a big bowl and add you breadcrumbs and herbs to the mixture and mix it together. Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture into the palm of your hands and shape like a patty. Cook your patties 7 minutes on each site on medium heat.
Start cooking your rice. Prepare your veggies and cut them into thin stripes. Add you veggies, cut onion and a little bit of olive oil to a pan and let them cook for 10 minutes. Next, add one tablespoon of peanut butter into the pan and mix it together. Last but not least add you coconut milk and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
