The Holiday season has officially started which means tones of fantastic but most of the time not too healthy food. The meals get heavier, and we tend to feel less energetic and less motivated. Why not add a little freshness to your meal plan? This winter salad with raspberries, pomegranate seeds and a variety of seeds is rich in fiber, vitamins, and omega-3 fats, which will help you strengthen your immune system. Therefore its perfect for the cold season and its done in no time.

I love me some berries in the colder season so why not put them on your salad? I also used a raspberries-vinegar dressing; another great option would be creating your own dressing with some apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and some herbs.
